Reverend Samuel J. Fulmore, son of the late Samuel Fulmore, Sr. and Venus B. Fulmore, is a native of Kingstree, South Carolina. He is married to the former Melissa C. Myers. He is the proud father of five children (four daughters and one son) and has two granddaughters.
Reverend Fulmore is a graduate of Kingstree Senior High School. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Theology degree from the Ohio Christian University. He is the former pastor of the Macedonia Believers Holiness Church in Cades, SC where he served for 10 years. He is presently the pastor of the historical Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Darlington, SC where his tenure began in 2006.
Reverend Fulmore is the chairperson of the Pee Dee Baptist Association Disaster Relief Team. He also serves as an executive board member of the Baptist Educational and Missionary Convention of South Carolina, the Pee Dee Baptist Association, and the Pee Dee Transitional Shelter.
Reverend Fulmore's motto is to meet people where they are at without being judgmental. Matthew 7:1 - "Judge not, that ye be not judged."
