Linda D. Henneghan was born in Coward, SC, the daughter of the late Clinton and Mattie Davis. She graduated as Valedictorian form Lake City High School in 1966. She received a B.A. degree from North Carolina Central University, Durham, NC in 1970. She has done post-graduate studies at Francis Marion University in Psychology.
She is a member of Olive Grove Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for more than thirty years; presently serves as Superintendent of the Sunday School, a member of the Usher’s, Health, and Care Ministries. She loves children and enjoys working with them.
Linda has worked as a teacher in Florence District #3, Lake City, SC. She retired from the Department of Social Service as a Case Manager Supervisor after thirty-five years of service.
She is married to Jefferson Henneghan and they are the proud parents of two children, Tedric and Jenisha
