Meira McKithen is the daughter of Latara and Marcus McKithen and is a resident of Timmonsville, SC. She takes great pride in the fact that her name, Meira means “light” and is of Hebrew origin.
Meira is a ninth-grade honor student at The Kings Academy, where she currently serves as chaplain. Meira is an active member of Majority Missionary Baptist Church, where she is a member of the Sunday School, Youth Choir, Praise Dance Ministry, and where she serves as President of the Junior Missionary Society. Meira enjoys dancing and is a member of the company dance team at The School of Dance Arts in Florence, SC.
Meira deems it an honor to now serve as secretary of the Pee Dee District Youth Department, as she loves the Lord, knows the Lord, and understands her purpose to SERVE! Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3: 15-17 ~ She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace.
