Rev. Terry B. Law,

Reverend Terry Bernard Law, Sr., son of the late Joseph Ba-Ba Law, Jr. and Mrs. Lena Mae Small Law, was born in Florence, SC. He graduated from Wilson High School in 1978, received a degree in sociology and biology education from Voorhees in 1982 and earned a master's degree in educational leadership from Nova University.

Reverend Law enrolled at Morris College School of Religion embarking to pursue a degree in Religious Studies in 1990 when he was called to the ministry. He was licensed by Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church, Sumter, SC and ordained by the Sumter Baptist Association. He served as an Associate Minister and Minister of Music at Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church. In 2004, he was blessed by God and called to serve as Pastor of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church in Kingstree, South Carolina were he currently serves. He is also past chairman and executive director of Northside Ensemble and founder of United Voices of Christ.

Reverend Law is an administrator with Sumter School District # 2. He has taught in the states of Florida and South Carolina.

Reverend Law is married to the former Rev. Phyllis H. Harkless. They are the proud parents of three children, Terlisa Latrice, Terry, Jr., and Tevin Elijah Joseph. He has one brother, Michael T. Law and one sister, Jolettle D. Law.

Reverend Law has received numerous awards and recognitions on the national, state and local levels as a diligent servant for his achievements. Among them are being honored as the Mason of the Year in his local Lodge and District, receiving the Special Service Award for Outstanding Leadership from Capital City Lodge # 47 in Columbia, SC in 2001, and bestowed as an Honorary Patron of District # 7. He is a member of the Progressive National Baptist Convention, Inc., Gospel Music Workshop of America, Florence Black Concern Clergy, the Sumter Ministerial Alliance and President of the Black Interdenominational Music Alliance.

Reverend Law is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., on the Executive Board of the Sumter County Branch of the NAACP and the Society for the Advancement of African American Males. Currently, he serves the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of South Carolina as Worshipful Grand Organist and Assistant Director of Music.
