Ms. Antoinette L. Muldrow, better known as "Toni" was born in Darlington, SC, to the late Mr. Reuben D. "Preacher" and Mrs. Louise S. Muldrow. She has two brothers and one sister. She has dedicated and devoted her time and love to nurturing seven children.

Toni is a 1972 graduate of Mayo High School, Darlington, SC, a 1974 graduate of Florence Darlington Technical College, Florence, SC with an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science, and attended Coker College, Hartsville, SC.

At an early age, she joined Cherry Grove Baptist Church, Darlington, SC, under the pastoral of Reverend Dr. E. B. Burroughs, where she was a member of the Jubilee Choir, Mass Choir, YWA, and Senior Missionary Society. She joined Savannah Grove Baptist Church, Effingham, SC, (May 2004), where the pastor is the Reverend Dr. Ralph W. Canty, Sr. She is a member of the Sanctuary Choir, Past President of the Senior Missionary Ministry, Media Ministry, Past Vacation Bible School Director, the Echo Staff, Transportation Committee, and "Fitter" (fits right in wherever she is needed).

Toni has held many positions in the Pee Dee District YWA and was the District YWA President (1988-1990). She has served as First Vice President of the Woman's Pee Dee District Department, Chairperson of the Spiritual Recital and Program Committees, and a member of several other committees. She served as Recording Secretary (2007-2011) and past Chairperson of the Banquet Committee (1990-1995). In July 2019, she was elected President of the Woman’s Pee Dee District Department. In the Woman's Baptist E&M Convention of SC, she held the following positions of District IV Board Member, Co-Chairperson of the Banquet Committee, Recording Secretary (2011-2015) and in June 2020,  was elected Recording Secretary.

On March 31, 2015, after thirty years of employment at Florence Darlington Technical College, Florence, SC, she retired as a Circulation Manager. Presently she serves as Office Manager of the Pee Dee Missionary Baptist Association Headquarters, Timmonsville, SC. She also serves as Chairperson of the Homecoming Committee. She serves as Recording Secretary of the Darlington Memorial Cemetery Association. On January 18, 2020, she was awarded the Martin Luther King, Jr. Silent Service Award by the Darlington Branch of the NAACP (this award is provided by the faith community, social and civic, social justice and willingness to serve the present age). She is also a member of the Gospel In The Park (Gospel Programs held every second Sunday during the months of May-October), a member of the Democratic Women’s Council of Darlington County, member of People to People, Inc., Hartsville, SC, and Nickelson Media Group.

Toni does not look to the world for happiness, she is thankful to God for the happiness He gives her! Her favorite scripture is Psalm 46:10 - "Be still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth."
