Sophia Smalls is a native of Florence SC, the daughter of Albertus and Billie J. Smalls. She has two children Keshawn Perkins and TeAsia Green.
She is a 1998 graduate of Wilson High School, Florence, SC and received her Sociology Degree from Voorhees College, Denmark, SC in 2003. She is a member of Central Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Waymon Mumford. A member of the YWA at Central and currently holds the positon of Vice President.
Sophia is employed by the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs as a Human Services Assistant. She enjoys working with a particular population.
Her favorite motto is "I can do all things through God who strengthens me".
