Recording Secretary, Ushers
Ms. LaNina Collins-Gordon was born in Onslow County, NC and currently resides in Darlington, SC. She is a 1977 graduate of Mayo High School. She continued her education pursuits at Lander University, Greenwood, SC and earned a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science Education in 1982.
She is a retired state employee as a Nutrition Education Specialist and WIC Certifier with the Darlington Health Department (DHEC). She has also been employed with the Darlington County Public Schools in the Special Needs Program; Spartanburg Health Department as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC); and Certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid, USA.
LaNina is an active member of Palmetto Missionary Baptist Church, Darlington, SC, where the Reverend Dr. Jordan Hunter, is the pastor. Her dedication to Christ Jesus can be clearly seen in the areas of ministries she has committed to over the years. Her ministry experiences include: Chairperson of the Trustees Ministry, Secretary of the General Missionary Ministry, President of the Ushers’ Ministry, and a member of the Sanctuary Choir.
