Sister Azalee Willoughby, First Vice President

Mrs. Azalee Wilson Willoughby is a resident of Effingham, SC. She is the daughter of the late Frederick and Hattie Spann Wilson. She was born in Lamar, SC and grew up in Timmonsville, SC.

She graduated from Johnson High School, Timmonsville, SC and continued her education at Morris College, Sumter, SC and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master of Education Degree in Elementary Education from Francis Marion University, Florence, SC. She retired from Florence County School District Four, Timmonsville, SC and presently volunteers at McLeod Hospice House, Florence, SC.

Mrs. Willoughby is a member of Chaney Grove Baptist Church, Timmonsville, SC, where the Reverend Michael A. McMillan, Sr., is the pastor. She serves as secretary of the Missionary Ministry, a member of the Ushers Ministry, and Chairperson of the Trustees Ministry.

She is the mother of two daughters, Michelle and Idella and two sons, Charlie, Jr. and Samuel. She is also the proud grandmother of ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
